State data breach impacts 91,000 Apple Healthcare Clients

The Washington State Health Authority (HCA) said Tuesday that an employee mishandled the Social Security numbers, dates of birth, Apple Health client ID numbers and private health information of 91,000 Apple Health (Medicaid) clients.
