Topia Technology built Secrata as a commercial service. Secrata is provided by Topia Technology per the terms of a sales and usage agreement with your company.
This page is used to inform Secrata users of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information during their use of Secrata.
Information Collection and Use
The Secrata service uses your email address to identify you for authentication purposes. In addition, the Secrata server will use your email address to notify you of relevant events that occur related to your account. The email address is not used for solicitation or sales.
Whenever you use Secrata, in case of an error in the app, Secrata collects data and information on your phone or browser called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app when utilizing Secrata, the time and date of your use of Secrata, and other statistics.
If you are using the Android version of Secrata, you are prompted on installation to grant the app additional privacy permissions. Specifically, Secrata is utilizing the “Phone State” data on your phone to determine your ability to connect to the Secrata servers.

Secrata requests permission to utilize the Camera functions on your device to allow you to take and upload photos and videos directly to Secrata.
